Dan and Erica, who is a graduate of the Johnson and Wales College of Culinary Arts, have teamed up to bring Lewiston, Maine the regions premier Southern dining experience.   Dan travelled “The South” for decades researching and developing his craft of fine barbeque.  And Erica has brought refinement and diversity to the table.  Having Bijorn on the crew makes the restaurant a true family operation.

If you have a favorite sauce, homemade or store bought, you are welcome to bring it in to the restaurant.  Perhaps you have a preference for a particular ingredient or other special request?   The restaurant has a very open and welcoming policy of accommodating you, our customer.    All you have to do is ask.   The crew at Little Dan’s aims to please!
